Gestalt Shackled City recruiting a new DM

Vargo

First Post
Greetings,

A while ago, we started a gestalt (Unearthed Arcana) game with the Shackled City adventure path. Sadly, our DM dissapeared around a month ago.

We were hoping that perhaps some kindly soul out there would take pity on the four of us and jump in and take over. All four players are still interested, and hoping somebody takes us up on this.

The OOC thread:
http://www.enworld.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1549975

The game thread so far:
http://www.enworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=81463

Rules are simple - everybody is playing a gestalt Sorceror character. Please let us know if you're interested! We most definitely are!

Two requirements: That you have access to the Dungeon magazine adventure path, and be willing to stick around for a bit. :D

THANK YOU!!!

As one of the players in this game I second what Vargo said. We are all keen to continue and are waiting for a DM foolish enough... oops, I meant brave enought to take this game on. We don't bite (at least I don't think so, that paladin of Pelor sometimes makes me wonder....)

I've just had a quick glance over the IC thread, and it looks like you've got an interesting game here :) I'll put my hat into the DMing ring, but I may not be the most suitable candidate if you want to continue immediately.

I'm currently snowed under with both several university assignments, and the rather rushed set-up of a new enterprise at my place of work, so I'd not be able to take on this game until the 10th of June. If that's too long a wait, or someone else steps up who can take over before I can, then I understand. If, OTOH, you still want me to DM, I'll be happy to :)

I have the Adventure Path issues of Dungeon, UA, and I hope to stick around here for a few years to come :)

We'd be glad to have you. I hope I speak for the rest of us in saying that 2.5 weeks ain't all that long to wait. :D

Which Dungeon magazines does this adventure path run through. I'm looking to get a subscription, and would be interested in picking up the back-adventures.

Thanks,
GW

I would like to submit my declaration of interest, if you would have me. :heh:

I've written somewhat of an explanation in the OOC thread. Not an excuse, but hopefully somewhat of a reason.

Hello, everyone, I'm finally back. My deepest apologies for not being available this past month, especially without any notice. My university internet connection has not been the most dependable for off-campus students, as of late, plus my phone line has been having problems. Both simultaneously. Grrrr.

At any rate, I would very much like to start up again, although I cannot 100% guarantee I might disappear again for days at a time. I sincerely hope not, and think that everything should be fixed, but I cannot be sure. If my players are still willing, I will have a post up for everyone within the next couple hours.

Let me know, either here or in the OOC thread, if you still want me.

Thank you very much,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy, good to see you back. Good group of players you've got here, and a good game :) Bit of a shame I won't get to have a shot a DMing this group, but I'm sure everyone's glad to see the original DM back.

Oh, and if you ever need an alternate player, count me in... :D

Jeremy,

Welcome back! Water under the bridge, and all that rubbish. :D Believe me, I wasn't crazy about letting the game drop, which is the only reason I suggested hunting down somebody else - it was not a dissatisfaction with your style.

Glad to have you back on board.

Jarval, thanks for offering to pitch in.

How about an alternate DM?

Jarval, we haven't heard from Jeremy since then, so if you're still available, we're game.
