Ghost AC

Does the AC bonus from Ghost Equipment armor add to the ghost's AC when manifested? Natural armor does not, but it doesn't say anything about Armor bonuses. Since the manifested ghost's weapon ignores material armor, I would think that a material weapon would likewise ignore manifested armor, but the template and example creature don't say one way or the other. What about AC from bracers? Yea, it's still an armor bonus, but bracer Ac is considered a force effect and works vs the mainfested ghost. If neither of those work, what way would you increase a ghost's AC(not counting temporary stuff like spells)?

A ghost does not gain the armor bonus (or shield bonus) when manifested unless his armor (or shield) has the ghost touch enhancement. The example creature does say this, actually, if you look closely enough at the AC (it lists both 12 and 21, the second including the full plate and shield).

Any nonmagical equipment the ghost has is totally ineffective when manifesting on the prime material. It operates normally on the ethereal, however, just as it says. Magical equipment does work but with a 50% incorporeal chance, except as you note for [Force] effects. Thus, a ghost with bracers of +N AC would apply that AC in the ethereal plane and when manifesting in the prime material plane.
