Ghost Spike/Double Weapon Question

Anyone know what a Ghost Spike looks like?

Also, if you enchant one side of a double weapon and the other side is broken off, is the other blade still considered magical?

Isn't that a weapon from Dragon Magazine, used by "dwarven" ninjas. I think it is a light double weapon somehow. A double ended shortsword or something.

If this is the weapon I am thinking of...I'd treat it like any other double weapon per RAW. I think it is if you have a....orc double axe...one head is a +1 Cold Iron Flaming Burst and the other is just Alchemical Silver...and the +1 Cold Iron Flaming Burst is broken...all you have is the other head...no magic to it.

If someone knows the rule better please correct me if I am wrong about this please.
