Counting the drow im actually 17th level sorry guys I just forgot to add that in there. I was getting ready for work and in a hurry. I wasnt so concerned about my level I just didnt understand ghostly grasp. But thanks guys you did answer my questions and I believe it will help out my dm allot. As for the page and book I found that says that a incorporeal's creatures equipment becomes incorporeal when slain. Its in the back of the monster manual 3, page214 under incorporeal subtype. It says(Any equipment worn or carried by an incorporeal creature is incorporeal as long as it remains in the creature's possession. An object that the creature relinquishes loses its incorporeal quality, and the creature loses the ability to manipulate the object). But I thought since I have ghostly grasp if I set something down maybee when I picked it up again I could make it incorporeal.
