I see something sarcastic or perhaps ironic gracing a t-shirt with gnome blood and a rolling head perhaps.

Ooh, ooh! I know! Have some real adventurers carrying out loot from a small lair surrounded by the bloody corpses of gnomes everywhere and a big, burly fighter up front with a checklist saying, "Gnome, minion, lair. Killed, skinned and looted. Alright boys, who's next?"
