Goblin Bombcaster

In a thread somewhere, someone mentioned the classic delayed blast fireball spell. This got some gears turning in my head - what would this effect look like in 4e? And how can I throw it at my level 2 party in an entertaining fashion? Maybe it's just my M:tG experience, but when I think explosives, I think goblins. Thus, this is my answer:

Goblin Bombcaster
Level 4 Artillery

Initiative:
6 Exp: 175
HP: 45; Bloodied: 22
AC: 16 Fortitude: 16 Reflex: 17 Will: 16

:bmelee: Dagger (Standard, at will)
+9 vs. AC, 1d4+4 damage

:ranged: Blast Orb (Standard, at-will) + Conjuration, Fire
Ranged 10; The goblin bombcaster conjures a fiery pulsating sphere in an unoccupied square within range. Creatures starting their turn adjacent to the sphere take 5 fire damage. At the start of the bombcaster's next turn, the sphere explodes in a close burst 2 (+7 vs. Reflex, 2d6+4 fire damage).
The sphere's AC, Fortitude, and Reflex defenses are the same as the bombcaster's: when hit by an attack with the fire keyword, the sphere detonates immediately; when hit by an attack with the cold keyword, the sphere is destroyed; push effects push the sphere an additional 2 squares. Attacks vs. Will do not affect the sphere.

:ranged: Fiery Rage (Standard, usable only while bloodied, encounter) + Conjuration, Fire
The goblin bombcaster uses its Blast Orb power three times; a sphere cannot be conjured within 3 squares of another sphere.

Goblin Tactics (Immediate Interrupt, when missed by a melee attack, at-will)
The goblin bombcaster shifts 1 square.

I'm hoping so. One of the major themes of 4e is moving and interaction in combat, and so I tried to bring that out with this power. I plan to have an ally of the monster demonstrate the shoving effect when the bombcaster gets a bit careless with his area targeting.
