GOD RULES: Player's Guide (5e) Kickstarter Pre-Launch Page

As a follow-up to the summoning spell question, what level would a spell that works just like Rain of the Iron Golems be if it summoned Iron/Adamantine Colossi?

3 Spell Levels Higher.

Secondly, what CR would the 3.5e ELH Colossi

If I was doing them probably CR 20, 24 an 28.

(and the Diamond/Adamantine Colossi) be in the 5e book?

Adamantine would be CR 36.

The Diamond Golem I had in the book was far too weak for the cost of the thing.

A Diamond Golem alone should probably be CR 28 ish (Collosi +12 CR )- I'll work out the details when I come to it.

@Upper_Krust , I thought you might find this comment from Roll and Play Press over on there AMA about their new DnD Beyond product:

"6) Kickstarter is a totally different ball game to what it used to be around 2020 - probably because everyone was sat at home in lockdown with the pandemic back then. For our first project, we did no marketing at all in the first 10 days and got to around £20K, then we started running very simple ads, and it rapidly got to £250k with more than 7,000 backers. That was with having no track record on the platform. Something like that just couldn't happen for us now. But, as our Kickstarter success came pretty out of the blue, we were cautious from the beginning that it might not last forever, so we went all-in on building our website and nailing our ecommerce fulfilment process. We're at a stage now where we don't have to rely completely on income from Kickstarter or even distribution."

Thanks amigo - I just replied to them.

My plan is to run Facebook Ads for 60 days (30 days before and 30 days during). But unsure if Facebook is better than Instagram or that I should do both or other places?

I wrote a big article all about that a few years ago. The landscape has changed a bit since then, but most of it still hold true.

Hah--back then I'd run "over 20 Kickstarters". We're now approaching our 60th!
