Gold for 3rd level NPC?

It depends on how important this NPC is. IF its really important, you could go as far as using the PC wealth tables in the DMG and use those numbers.

If he's not that important, you could use the treasure tables. Example, a dwarf from the MM gets standard coins, double goods, and standard items.

Use that for a 3 CR and use that for his wealth.

NPCs actually get more wealth at 1st and 2nd level than PCs. It's about even at 3rd, and then PCs shoot ahead. PC wealth for 3rd level is 2,700 gp.

I DID THIS USING ONLY PH, DMG, SaF, DoF AND MotW
I ALSO HAVE TRIED TO MAKE A CHARACTER THAT CAN DO IT ALONE, WITH NO HELP FROM OTHER CHARACTERS AND/OR COHORTS AND HE CAN MAKE IT IN ALMOST ANY SITUATION

FIGHTER LEVEL 4 / PALADIN LEVEL 10 / WEAPON MASTER 2

STATS:

STR 32 (18 STARTING + 4 LEVELS + 4 MANUAL GAINFUL + 6 BELT)
DEX 13
CON 12
INT 13
WIS 11
CHR 20 (18 STARTING + 2 CLOAK)

FEATS (6 FROM LEVELS, 3 BONUS FIGHTER, 1 HUMAN):

1. DODGE
2. MOBILITY
3. EXPERTISE
4. COMBAT REFLEXES
5. WEAPON FOCUS: HEAVY PICK
6. WIRLWIND ATTACK
7. IMPROVED CRITICAL: HEAVY PICK
8. POWER ATTACK
9. POWER CRITICAL (MASTERS OF THE WILD)
10. DIVINE MIGHT (DEFENDERS OF FAITH)

START OF ROUND: ACTIVATE BOOTS OF SPEED AND DRINK A POTION OF TRUE STRIKE,
MOVE AND ATTACK WITH POWER ATTACK AND MAKING A SMITE ( DAMAGE +16 POWER ATTACK +10 SMITE).

LETS SEE THE TOTAL:

ATTACK +42 (16 BASE + 11 STR + 5 HEAVY PICK + 5 CHA + 1 WPN FOCUS –16 POWER ATTACK + 20 TRUE STRIKE)

DAMAGE +47 (11 STR + 10 SMITE + 5 PICK + 16 POWER ATTACK + 5 DIVINE MIGHT)

NOW USE POWER CRITICAL TO MAKE THE ATTACK ROLL AN AUTOMATIC THREAD, AND CONFIRM (WITH THIS ATTACK BONUS YOU ONLY FAIL WITH A ONE), THEN USE THE WEAPON MASTER ABILITY TO INCREASE THE MULTIPLIER FROM YOUR WEAPON TO x5.

LETS SEE THE TOTAL DAMAGE:

1D6*5 + 47*5 + 1D6 FLAMING + 3D10 FLAMING BURTS = 235 + 5D6 + 1D6 + 3D10 THAT GIVES YOU A DAMAGE FROM A SINGLE ATTACK AT LEAST 244 AND AS HIGH AS 301

IF YOU DONT HAVE TO MOVE, THEN YOU CAN MAKE THE OTHERS ATTACKS, MAKING THE TOTAL A BIT MORE IMPRESSIVE. YOU CAN NOW MAKE 3 ATTACKS MORE WITH A BASE ATTACK OF +28/+23/+18 DEALING 1D6+21+1D6 FIRE
