OOC: He's still in the VZ (unless he moved underneath the ice of course). Just because he's hidden does not mean he's out IMO. But, we have not had any damage for 4 rounds. This will be the 5th. Freezik quite frankly did not count on Maneeyac going for the draw.

Freezik can hear the sounds of the igloo being damaged from the inside.
To confirm: Freezik entered on Round 29, neither side has hurt each other. It is now Freezik's turn in Round 34. If there isn't some hurtin' going on by the end of the round, both combatants will be teleported out. Note that in that case, the Exhibition rules are slightly different from the official rules, and there will be an initiative check between the two On-Deck creatures.

OOC1: No, because it was an indirect effect by my reading of When Spell Resistance Applies.
OOC2: Yes. I plead one-off error.
On the same line of reasoning seen in the ToC, since the GM did not give a timely warning (though I2K did), I'll put it out to the players if they'd rather get one more round to see if they can try to do damage to each other then I can go for that.
