Good 8, Evil 9 - Evil wins the Exhibition!

He had it up against Infinitus for most of the fight.
Well, it should have blocked the targeted dispel magics then and he would still have that glowing light, which would mean that the entire previous fight might have turned out differently. :)

Anyway, Krathlakk will take a full attack on the glowing thing, putting +5 on power attack (remember the two-handed PA bonus on the longspear).

Bottom of 71:
Hurrycane hits twice for another 25 points, dropping Krathlakk to 27 hp, once again demonstrating impressive consistent damage dealing.

Top of 72:
Then the salamander stirs and the longspear comes around followed by a tail slap. The spear is on target twice despite the PA, the second one of which would have been a critical if it Hurrycane hadn't been insubstantial to the blow. The one that does make it is (9+12+10 = 31 - 10 = 21 points), cutting Hurrycane's hit points to 15. The fire damage isn't enough to overcome the ghaele's resistance, though.

Then comes the tail slap, which just missed being a critical threat, passes the incorporeality test, and deals (13 + 3 + 10 = 26 - 10 = 16 points), and reduces the glowing ball of celestial resilience to -1 hp.

There is a huge sigh from both sides of the arena observer's deck, though for very different reasons.

The tail slap should only inflict +5 damage due to power attack. It is not considered a two-handed weapon. Hurrycane should be at 4 HP, which changes the reasons for the sighs on both sides, although Hurrycane might have this expression on his face:

Oops, Hurrycane was so proud of his rays that he didn't notice K right next to him. :(

Withdraw straight down through the floor.

Krathlakk does something.
[sblock] conjure up another wall of fire, running at 80n just outside the VZ to the south, from the west side to the east side (all 120ft), 20ft high.

Edit: The hot side is north. [/sblock]

[sblock]Cast greater invisibility. The following round, greater teleport to 80N75E and check to see if K can see invisible.[/sblock]

If Hurrycane's action is undetectable, Krathlakk does something else.
[sblock] conjure up another wall of fire, running at 120n just inside the VZ (north edge of 115n), from the west side to the east side (all 120ft, even atop the water), 20ft high. The hot side is south of course. [/sblock] Your turn, Hurrycane.
