Firstly - apologies for letting this one sit, I somehow lost track of it with end of the semester and other gunk.

Secondly - what caster level are Demonic summons considered to have? The SRD entry mentioned the equivalence of spell level (5th), which at minimum would be CL9...

I would use the same caster level the summoner has for its spell-like abilities. If it has none, it would be the summoner's hit dice.
