I don't know...but I ran an encounter where the PC's boarded themselves up in grandma's house (she was possessed and became a wight...which freaked the heck out of the party. Worst so, their lightsource (sunrod) was taken outside, and the poor female pally's glow orb just managed to "fade" right as grandma jumped in through the window and gave her a good slap or two through the plate armor.
After beheading grandma, they noticed the zombies in the local graveyard (which was actually larger than the village) started to rise out of the ground. First a few, then more and more...and much like Night of the Living Dead, they gathered outside.... After three hours, the house was surrounded by zombies pounding on the doors and windows (which they boarded up with just about ALL the furniture they could find in the house).
Finally they climbed up the chimney, and after leaping off the roof, battled their way to the safety of the blessed roadway.
Was quite the epic scene and it totally reminded me of "Night of the Living Dead", especially when the party debated over the wisdom of hiding out and waiting, or just charging out before the zombie gathered...
TONS of zombie minions made for a very fun encounter...for each one they took out, about two to three more appeared on the game mat. Loved it!
