Goodman Games' GM Gems

Whizbang Dustyboots

Gnometown Hero
(How weird there's no "Reviews" category drop-down.)

I just received my mint copy of GM Gems from Goodman Games today from Noble Knight.

I'd heard good things about it for years, and being completely in love with the seriously-DMs-you-all-need-this-book Dungeon Alphabet, I decided to finally pick it up with an expense check last month.

Within 30 seconds of flipping through it, I already found something that I not only want to use in my current game, it's a perfect fit for something I was just sort of dancing around, since I was blocked for ideas.

To me, that says mission accomplished for the product. Much love for this and other edition-free awesome third party products. (Or even WotC products, like the Practical Guide series.)

Love the book, and it's exactly what we need more of in my opinion.

Full of great ideas and inspiration. Heck I think the tables are just there to respect the ancient ritual of rolling instead of finger picking.

If anyone has more books like this, they are greatly appreciated.
