Hmm. Seems like you guys are using it primarily for video, social media, and gaming purposes. And it still seems buggy, but that might just be IE (which is always buggy).

I guess from the responses that nobody is using it for business yet.

Branded accounts aren't available yet so you can't use it for business in that sense. But you can use it for professional contacts and communications. You can even use Circles as a mailing list, of sorts.

Follow Mike Egan, he has an interesting post on how using different levels of privacy can mean different things on Google+.
