Are any of these "Enemy only"? Two of the three we know can hurt all creatures and I was hoping that they have some powers that only hit the enemies but not your friends...

Or if the Zone portion of the power still occurs after a hit?

No effect line for Thorn Cloud. Zone lasts until the start of your next turn.

Nothing for a cleric. Each one is a class or classes in this book. One for each of the five classes, and then one for any psionic class.

I have a set of harrowing Halls tiles.

Two sheets have all the 3D elements. The other four sheets depict house interiors. There is an 8x8 tile with a small round tower on one side, the other a big wooden floor. The other 8x8 tile depicts a manor entrance and the other side a festhall with a big U table.

I'd love more details on the 3D elements, please, as I'm still on the fence about this set. What are the 3D elements, stairs, doors? Is it worth getting?

My review copy of the tiles (along other stuff) just arrived as well. I'd say run, don't walk, to get this set if you're at all into 3D terrain. So far we were down to using the tables etc. of the Heroquest boardgame if we wanted to use stuff like that.

In short, you get

- 1 staircase, 5x2 squares (with 4 different levels of elevation, 2 squares wide)
- 3 tables: 1 oblong (2 squares long) and 2 square ones (1 square). I was afraid they might mess up the table height - and the tables essentially looking like they'd belong to "Halls of the Giant King" - but they didn't.
- a lot of walls and doors

That said, be aware that there are only 2 sheets which go into the 3D Kit. (Yes, it's a kit, and constructing them takes a bit of time. Also, I recommend the use of a stanley knife to get some of the finer interlocking bits off the tile. There's also a minor production issue that the individual sheets of cardboard are in a handful of miniscule spots not perfectly glued together - so apply some glue here and there.)

I wish they'd done a full 3D kit instead of supplementing another tile set (as done here). In essence, you get a solid teaser of the 3D terrain alongside with some very handy dungeon-theme tiles on one side, and a tavern-style tile series on the reverse side. The latter was needed for a long time, I felt - the proverbial tavern brawl needs some nice scenery after all. And it gets them. Tables to smash, curtains to rip (the latter in 3D). kegs of ale on bar tables... it's all there.

In all, I'm very happy with the set. There are a lot of nice details on the tiles that you can work mechanically into the game (something I felt was missing in MOST tiles for 4E so far!). The aforementioned stuff, plus a rusty iron ladder weld into a dungeon wall for PCs to climb up... that sort of stuff.

I really encourage folks to buy this set if they want WotC to continue with the 3D stuff. My sentiment is that it's more of a teaser to see how people will react. My prediction is that people will love it. It fills a nîche for people who can't afford Dragonforge 3d dioramas, and while Harrowing Halls can't exactly compete for the full visual glory of the former, it does so at a price tag that makes it instant win. The only thing I'm unsure about is whether it's advisable to buy two sets (as always was so far). If WotC don't do another 3d set in the near future, then getting 2 sets if not more is pretty much a no brainer. If otoh they do, then I feel you're covered well with 1 tileset, as it supplements the earlier (particularly, dungeon-themed) sets since DU1 fairly well.

I've saved the best bit for last. Here's one thing your PCs will face in all three dimensions on the table... Say hi to papa!
