Skill power feat: requires 2nd level

Minotaur feats one gives them a free basic melee attack when bloodied, one gives them bonus to hit and damage when the use Ferocity (race power that allows them a basic melee attack when they go to 0 or lower hp), one that push target of their goring charge (another racial power),another that gives them a second charge after critical with the first.. That's all their heroic ones.
Thanks, Crothian! :)

It doesn't talk about the color options but I see no reasons why they couldn't. They do have an inn er light that they can turn off to hide and the picture has a consistent color scheme between the two drawn. They are logical, emotionally distant, naive to the ways of society. I'm not sure they have much of a culture, though they do mostly have a drive to rebuild the Living Gate.

Can you list some sample names for the Shardmind?

I keep picturing Crystar, btw.

How would you compare the feel of psionics in this book to the feel of it in prior editions? Is 4e successful in overturning the bad stigma psionics has always had?

I'm assuming most psionic options are telepathic and telekinetic. Is the Battlemind more psychometabolic? Any psionic disciplines missing?

Thanks, man. I appreciate you answering questions.

This is hard to quantify. 1e and 2e I think psionics really felt different since they used different systems and could do things spells could not. It was also such an add on system and in many ways very easy to abuse. 3e brought a more unified system but was too similar to magic. Magic was so versatile there was little room for psionics. 4e the mechancis of all the classes are so similar that of course psionics are going to be like everything else But the unique powers that ever class gets helps keep it feeling different.

For me in the 24 hours I've had with the 4e psionics I do think it is better then 3e. As for if it can overcome the stigma of psionics only time will tell.

It's going to take more time then I've had to spend with the book to answer this. Unfortunately reading the PHB3 is not as much a priority as I'd like.

I have a set of harrowing Halls tiles.

Two sheets have all the 3D elements. The other four sheets depict house interiors. There is an 8x8 tile with a small round tower on one side, the other a big wooden floor. The other 8x8 tile depicts a manor entrance and the other side a festhall with a big U table.

I'd love more details on the 3D elements, please, as I'm still on the fence about this set. What are the 3D elements, stairs, doors? Is it worth getting?

What is it? I looked in the feats section but there is not feat called that.
It's a paragon feat they put in Dragon 378, in the githzerai article. It lets you use wisdom instead of constitution to determine hp and healing surges. In the magazine, it's for githzerai monks only, but in the CB, any monk can take it.

I was wondering if they'd reprinted it in the PHB3.

Edit: Also, can you give a description of the two new monk paragon paths?

Sure, what are the old ones? :D

We have Ghostwalker, Initiate of the Dragon, Mountain Devotee, Radiant Fist.
The old ones are Ghostwalker and Radiant Fist, neither of which grabbed my interest when I first read about them.

Our group is nearing paragon, and I don't have a lot to choose from.

Mountain Devotee: It seems to be for a strength oriented monk, has to have stone fist furry of blows. They get the strength of the mountain.

Initiate of the Dragon has a fire and dragon theme running through it. Has a cool Draconic Avatar daily as it's 20th level option power.

Would it be too much trouble to give me some specifics on the Initiate of the Dragon?

I'm going to stay with wisdom on my monk (the DM is ok with multiple character changes/retraining when new books come out), so Mountain Devotee is likely out. When I made my human monk, I chose draconic for his second language. If the paragon path works with wisdom, then Initiate of the Dragon sounds like a good fit.
