Grafts, Powers Bought with XP, and OGC

First Post
I'm hoping the collective knowledge of EN World can help me find some OGC for a PDF I'm working on. I need rules covering ways for characters to gain inherent powers / abilities / bonuses without gaining levels. Examples would be:

Permanency and wish spells.
Oathbound prestige races.
Manuals and tomes.
Psychic chirugery.

What else is there for this sort of thing? I'd love to find some good grafting mechanics--both the Fiend Folio grafts and the Eberron symbiotes would work, but neither is OGC. Are there any whole categories I'm missing?

Many thanks to anyone who can offer advice....

(Oh, and moderators--I wasn't sure if this should go in General or Rules. Sincere apologies if I'm in the wrong place.)

I doubt this will be too helpful, but you seem to have overlooked templates.

In the Revised Third Edition, templates now have an LA, which means that they do have a level-associated cost, but unlike with gaining levels, you can gain a template immediately, and thus have all the powers now, and just pay the XP cost for the LA afterwards (though that tends to take a while).

Thanks, folks! Templates are a good thought, but I'm already using them extensively elsewhere. I may have to look into Dragonstar and Magic of Rokugan.

Anyone else?

all OGC

Enchiridion of Mystic Music has xp for extra bard power mechanics. The same author has a whole xp/point buy sourcebook but I don't own it and can't remember its name.

Quintessential Paladin has a few extra paladin powers for xp.

Spells and spellcraft has some familiar boosters for xp.

Tomes from from the DMG/SRD.

I think guildcraft has some guild bonuses that also cost xp but I'm not sure.

THe Path of ...series by FFG has some options for characters in those 4 books and Oathbound has POrestige Races in there books that does this as well. One Dragon Magazine also has more prestige Races in it.

Buy the Numbers and yes, Guildcraft from Bastion has xp for abilities.

ST Cooley also has burning spell slots to gain the ability to bring out the magic of materials in the Enchiridion of Treasures and Objects D'Art.
