Oh, I've got those but the boxes actually fit on a normal shelf. One of the bookends from the Fellowship can be seen on the right set of the top shelf above. I didn't get the Two Towers set cuz the Gollum figure didn't interest me. And the RotK keepsake/bookend is one the end of the shelf that contains all my Star Wars/LotR DVDs.Welverin said:

I get most of my stuff from ebay or wait for sales or something. Paying list price for DVDs (or anything for that matter) is madness. When I used to work at Circuit City I used to buy waaaaay too much stuff. Like 3-4 DVDs a week (add up quick). I've cut down considerably.
Besides, my DVD is tiny. I have a friend that literally owns any and all genre DVDs. Every TV show, movie, anime and anything in-between. The walls of his basement are filled with them - it looks like wallpaper if you glance at it. Crazy (and impressive). I have around 200, he must over 10 times that.
EDIT: My problem is that I have a huge weakness for special and collector's edition DVDs and sets. It's hard to resist that stuff especially if it comes in a cool, shiny case or something stupid like that. I am a shill for the industry.

Pre-ordered! Now I'm glad I didn't buy any of the sets (except for season #2 as a birthday gift for a friend)
