Great Dragon War Cry: Misprint?

No. Deific Vengeance, Enervating Smite, Just Action (which isn't even a power)... and those are just in the Paladin section. I'm sure there are others.

Yeah, my bad on that one, see my edit in my original post. A manual search yields at least 12 powers that do this, all till the end of the next turn or save ends, pretty distributed role-wise. I think the paladins do have lot of them though. I could definitely see a party being built around this and taking on higher than their level encounters fairly consistently.

Sorry, that was a mis-cue on my part. It is indeed enemies in the text. I tend to use targets and enemies interchangeably in my own shorthand.

Not having the power text in front of me, I'd just like to make sure I'm understanding it correctly: it does damage, weakens an enemy and provides a bonus to hit against weakened enemies for the duration of the encounter?

Assuming what I just summarized is correct, and given that we know lots of classes have access to weaken effects, I guess my question is: how difficult is it to keep something weakened? A wizard can impose penalties to saving throws. Other classes... I'm not sure.

I think I'm ok with everyone getting a bonus against a very specific type of status effect if that status effect does not simply last for the rest of the encounter.

The only wizard spell that weakens doesn't have a save, so the max duration is 3 total enemy turns using the magic orb that lets you extend the duration of any spell (not just at-wills like the class ability) for one turn. All of the others end at the end of the enemy's next turn or save ends (without any minuses because they're all non-wizard).

The only problem with you build is that Joan never killed a single person and only carried her standard into battle. But for alternate history mass wartime killer Joan, this rocks.
