Greatest Sidekick!

David McCallum played Illya Kuryakin on The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (United Network Command for Law and Enforcement). In fact, his character was such a hit with the female fans that he was getting more mail than Robert Vaughn, who played Napoleon Solo.

I think the best sidekick(s) are Doc Savage's associates: The Fabulous Five (Monk, Renny, Ham, Johnny and Long Tom).

Nah, you guy's have missed the best one....Arthur, the Tick's moth-costumed sidekick.

Anyone who ever saw the 1994 cartoon episode "The Tick vs. the Tick", when they go to a superhero bar, and Arthur gets sent out to the Sidekick's shack out back will understand what it really means to be a sidekick!

LOL I'd almost forgotten about that episode. Hilllllarious! :p

Bit of trivia- Emma Peel was so named because the writers wanted to appropriately moniker a character that they created to be appealing to men... :)

Bucky.

Bucky was a great sidekick. Capture him, chloroform him, shoot him, stab him, push him off a cliff... he more than usually got himself out of whatever trouble he was in, then he's get a machinegun and teach the Nazis not to try that again.

Not only that, but he's the only Marvel character ever who's had the good sense to stay dead!
:)

Yeah, that was one of Stan's rulings that has surprisingly still been enforced. Captain Mar-Vel has stayed dead too. Yeah, I know, Peter David and Jim Starlin had him in an issue of Captain Marvel two years ago, but that was one from an alternate reality. Personally, I'm sorry that brought back Thanos and Warlock. Their ending is Avengers Annual 7/Marvel Two-in-one Annual 2 was perfect! None of the various appearances and infinity mini-series since then have ever measured up.

I dissagree the post infifnty gauntlet Adam Warlock stuff is some of my all time favorite comic errr. stuff.

How about Speedy? the Green Arrows sidekick. He survived grew up and got to be cool as Arsenal. Not to mention Wally West was Kid Flash before Barry Allen died. If people like him as the Flash he must have been cool back then too right?:D
