For some reason, the Timberlands I ordered Friday 13 (Feb) from Champs had a label generated, but apparently haven’t been received at FedEx.
I’ve contacted them via their AI assistant (
) which told me it was outside of business hours, and I’ll be contacted tomorrow.
What is the point of hiding behind a 24/7 AI assistant that can’t even check an order’s status and can only hand off to a live person who will not be available until regular business hours?
Why couldn’t I have just been given an email or a phone number to leave my message with directly?
