Greatest Villain!

Nope not me.

Disgusting Sword, son of Sick Sword, heroine of Intercontinental Union of Disgusting Characters, an old novella-length humour piece about the broken parts of AD&D. Probably pre-second edition.

IUDC featured epic-level characters weighed down with artifacts gaining bucketloads of XP by killing centaurs and taking their million-gp gems (acquired by 'random roll' and worth XP in those days). A sample prep for combat involves thoughts like 'Well, she could do 316 points of damage in a single blow... hm, that's more than my max hit points'. Characters jump in and out of Spheres of Anihilation for the perks. It's insane, and a paladin (Peter Perfect) is the number-two bad guy after the evil half-elf Omnion (who has levels in just about everything).

The sequel, Sick Kids, involves the next generation who are just ridiculously powerful, even in comparison to the ubermunchkins of the previous story. These are people who, by their tenth birthday, can scare Odin and run miles in a round thanks to artefact powers. Disgusting Sword was Sick Sword's third child (he had two elder sisters), and was corrupted before birth by Peter Perfect. His individual classes have levels in the seventies, and he's multiclassed up the wazoo.

Did I mention the main hero (and Disgusting Sword's father) is a level 12 paladin?

Good readin', even if I have no idea where to find it online... anybody else know?

All of you are eggs-actly wrong. The answer is eggs-traordinarily obvious. The greatest, most eggs-cellent villain of all is Egghead!

Go to http://pw1.netcom.com/~rogermw/ADnD/; it seems... apt, being the author's homepage. Character sheets, even an uncompleted trequel.

Anyway, as it turns out I was misquoting the villain that started this tangent; it was Gross Sword, not Disgusting (that's his sister). My apologies to the world.

He does, however, have a fly speed of 360 feet and a normal move rate of a little over 6 miles per round... and he's 310th level.

Fun reading, though.

The Joker

Because he's really done stuff to other people. He's responsible for Barbara Gordon becoming Oracle, he's killed Jim Gordon's wife in cold blood, and in Kingdom Come he even manages to kill Lois Lane! Plus he's an evil psychotic clown...:D

Magneto. He is such a complex and interesting villain. He genuinely thinks that what he is doing is the right thing and he is willing to kill every normal human on the planet to protect mutants. One of the deepest villains ever written.
