I heard from a local hobby shop that they expect it to arrive in mid-April. They said a lot of WoTC releases are now coming in the middle of the month.

Note that all the people that have it (so far as I've noticed, of course) are all from Singapore....

We often get the "big releases" early (eg, HB, RTTOEE, FRCS and DDG) but we get the Dragon and Dungeon rather late (and the splat books, but they don't matter).

Most of your questions are answered in the thread mentioned, however, I haven't had time to type out the individual granted domains. Actually, they're pretty easy to guess.
