Abigor is new, as are his steeds. You like? And yes, I designed those two and several more demons and devils for the Abyss and Hell. Hope that answers your Qs.

Yes. I always felt that Armies of the Abyss needed more demons, so about two-thirds of the expansion material is in the Armies of the Abyss section and one-third in the Legions of Hell section. And of course the entire Hordes of Gehenna section is new. Robert Schwalb did the new demons and devils and co-wrote Hordes of Gehenna with Book of the Righteous author Aaron Loeb.
