It had to do with the exact definitions of "ground beef" and "meat filling".
Apparently Taco Bell was walking a fine line....

On a more positive note, did you know that you can mix the the various Mountain Dew flavors on offer at Taco Bell in equal parts to get a peppy, citrusy drink the color of ghoul flesh?

The orc within answered. I can't remember the last time I ate anything from Taco Bell, not because I don't like them but because I got better things to spend money on and the nearest fast food joint to campus was McDonalds or Jack in the Box. I remember the meat resembling ground beef more than it does and not being runny. Maybe that particular Taco Bell went down hill. It didn't make me sick, so I guess it was ok. I did like the new green sauce, that's probably why I didn't notice a taste difference.

For some reason Baja Blast seemed to go well with Taco Bell food but I also liked Code Red.
