Greyhawk: Deities in "Faiths & Avatars" fomat?

Arnwyn

I'm not sure if this topic has come up before - hopefully I'm not rehashing something everyone has seen multiple times...

Does anyone know any links, information, etc. about a possible location that might have write-ups of the different Greyhawk deities in Faiths & Avatars format? I'm particularly looking for Iuz, Vecna, and Nerull (and even Orcus if someone has gone that far), but I'd be happy with anything.

I've already read the ones available in the Oerth Journals over at Canonfire!, and they were great.

I'm thinking it's not likely, but here's to hope!

Deities & Demigods contains Faiths & Avatars-style entries for the Greyhawk deities. It also includes similar entries for the Greek, Norse, and Egyptian pantheons.

I'm not familiar with the Faiths and Avatars format, however you can find the stats for some of the Greyhawk deities in the following books:

Bahamut - Deities and Demigods
Lolth - Deities and Demigods
Vecna - Deities and Demigods
Nerull - Deities and Demigods
other core D&D gods - Deities and Demigods
Iuz - Dragon #294
Pholtus - Dragon #294
Rao - Dragon #294
Tharizdun - Dragon #294

Information about their creeds and followers may also be found in the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer and the Complete Divine (which expands the domain list for several non-core Greyhawk deities).

Dragon #283 has the following Prestige Classes:
Shining Blade of Heironeous (also in Complete Divine)
Radiant Servant of Pelor (also in Complete Divine)
Fleet Runner of Ehlonna
Mighty Contender of Kord

The Temple Raider of Olidammara appears in Complete Divine, as well as one of the earlier classbooks (I forget which).

Cheers!

Wait a minute, scratch my last post. I got Faiths & Avatars confused with Faiths & Pantheons.

It's entirely possible that arnwyn got them confused as well. :)

Cheers!

The Suel sub-pantheon got proper Faiths & Avatars writeups (NOT Deities & Demigods-style) in the 2e sourcebook The Scarlet Brotherhood. I don't know of any source for other GH gods in that format.

There was a few 2e write up's of Greyhawk gods on the Codex of Greyhawk site, like Heironeous and Wee Jas if thats what you're looking for. IIRC some of the material is on canonfire.com.

Not sure where the rest of the material is. The site has been down over a year. It's too bad. It was a fantastic site.

Yes, indeed you did. ;) Deities & Demigods (and Faiths & Pantheons for that matter) is the last thing I'm looking for. Deity stats, as opposed to religion/church info? I think not.

No, I certainly didn't. Thanks for the info, MerricB - I do already have the sources you listed. Sadly, they don't have the Faiths & Avatars-type info (since I'm not interested in a bunch of mechanics).

Dragon #263, 264 and 265 had some 2e F&A style write-ups for some minor Greyhawk gods.
