Heck, if we HADN'T had an extra "Orcs on Monsters!" battle in The Two Towers, along with poor Dominic Monahan having to portentuously announce everything we're seeing as we're seeing it ("A shepherd of the trees!" The movie of Return of the King has its faults, but I think this is one thing they definitely got right.
