GSL: Necromancer Games SOL?

It reads like a book that a 15-year-old wrote and his mom edited.

And that's not a good thing.
It is a book that a 15-year-old wrote and his mom edited... you're expecting something deep and insightful?

It's being paraded as an amazing work of art because it isn't *quite* as atrocious as most books 15 year olds write. (See: fanfiction.net) And given that the average 15 year old these days can't read, never mind write, it's considered doubly amazing.

Bah, you are just jealous that your parents don't have the cash (and/or the faith in you) to publish your own ripoff novel...

I know I am...

Now, back on topic, what I am worried about the new license is that it seems designed to restrict third parties to make Dungeons and Dragons supplements only, so new/derivative games like Mutants and Masterminds, Arcana Evolved, Iron Heroes would not be possible...

All of this information (with the exception of clarifications by Le Rouse and Lidda [whose real name I don't want to risk misspelling :P]) is available from their OGL Conference Call announcement.

It's Linae but feel free to spell it linnae or linnea or liane or whatever. Lidda works just fine. If you went to WWU in the 90's I also respond to Lemonade (long story).
