Gundam 00 Monday night (11/24) at 11 pm on SF Channel

It's the new gundam series that started broadcasting last year.

Hopefully the SF channel will treat it better than the Cartoon Network has the other gundam series.

Gundam 00 is pretty good. Better than SEED (though I liked SEED, unlike some).

Oh there's nothing wrong with SEED, it was just kind of tiresome watching them re-tread MS Gundam yet again as half the characters and situations were straight out of the original series. If you'd never seen the original though, it wouldn't bother you.

00 does seem to be it's own beast though.

A quick google will give you all the spoilers you could ask for and a better summary than I can provide. I've only seen the first few eps. But several of the Gundam series (wing and SEED), were about 50% taken straight from the original (or Universal Century : UC) set of series and that is definitely not the case for 00 from everything I've read.

I was referring to the characters to seach with, not the pronunciation. Besides I'm from the Colonies, not old blighty.

I assumed it was zero-zero, but then again I tend to refer to another gundam series as "Oh-eigth MS Team" when it's technically zero-zero-8th MS team.

I thought the spelling might possibly be ambiguous so I mentioned it. Though "08th MS Team" does normally only get one zero in the title, are you referring to the full unit designation?
