I don't play Hackmaster, but I like the book, and the entries have a lot of information which would make converting the creatures a snap. I might pick this up. With this, The Dungeons of Castle Blackmoor (which I had the fortune to find laying in the half priced bin at a local store,) and one of the toolkit systems...

If you do decide, it's better to pick it up now. The free PDF offer will most likely not last when the book is finally printed.

I have yet to be dissapointed by Kenzerco's products and the HoB is no exception. It is on the level of quality that Aces & Eights is well know and rewarded for. The other upcoming Advanced Hackmaster products should be just as good.

I'm stoked! Hoody Hoo!

Thanks for the posting. That books looks AWESOME. Reminds me of back in the day when I would pick up a game book and read it just for fun, not for game planning purposes.

Gonna have to take a bit from my GenCon fund and preorder that badboy.

Hey everybody,

Just wanted to let you all know that the Hacklopedia has been updated to its latest PDF version (release copy 1). If you've already pre-ordered it, you can get this newest version by logging into your store account and re-downloading it.

(The filename is unchanged, but you'll see the new stuff once you download and open it, and you can always rename it.)

Right now we also still have the Sturm-Wolf and Animating Spirit previews up as free downloads, and should have some more soon!
