First post looks good!
A few quick comments, you need to add the natural armor bonus to the text, and the level 10 Flight ability still incudes a comment about Raptorians.

Ok fixed those, any thoughts on replacing con drain with augmented crit on the claws?

Ok yeah skrag it. I'm ditching the con damage for augmented crit. No one else seems to have an opinion, and frankly the con damage thing is overdone.
