Handout generator?

Is there a good online tool for generating handouts? I.e., pick a parchment, pick from various thematic typefaces that look like handwriting of various education levels, add some blood stains or charred corners or wax seal, etc.

Yeah, I could do this using other tools, but it would be nice to have a quick-and-easy goto.

I'm sometimes surprised there are more sources to help us produce documents to hand out at games. I'd love something like an autopsy report like the one included in d20 Call of Cthulhu. There are some groups like the HP Lovecraft Historical Society that will sell you some tools you can use for prop building things that are appropriate to the 1920s and 30s. And for modern games it can be helpful to look for Word files/templates. I know I've used the template for invoices as handouts for games.

I used myfreetextures for notes in my campaigns. I just needed to add a Word text box. The site has all sorts of textures from metal and fur to paper.
