Wow,I can't believe it's been 75 years. I remember my first taste of Batman. The Tim Burton Batman movie with my favorite line "And give Knox a grant." the way he delivers the line in a whatever manner. Then after that came Batman The Animated series. Which has one of the most beloved cartoon episodes ever "Heart of Ice" which rewrote the background of Mr. Freeze along with winning an Emmy. The show also gave us the following :

It was also due to the show that I sought out The Dark Knight Returns comic by Frank Miller. A short segment done in an episode of B:TAS which had lifted a fight scene from the comic caused me to want to find out more about it.
I think today, I'm going to watch Heart of Ice, one of the Nolan movies and maybe the Dark Knight Returns movie.
