Hard to Freeze: What Rule?

Please bear with me here, it is a rule question...

I've just come back from the dentist. My mouth is half-frozen. Anyway, that's not the point.

The point is, it took three tries for the dentist to freeze me correctly. Actually, every dentist I've been to has had a hell of a time freezing me.

Same thing with any local anesthetic I've ever received.

For some reason, I'm really, really hard to anesthetize.

Or maybe I have a "low pain threshold". How someone would measure what a "pain threshold" is, I don't even want to imagine.

The question is this: how would you equate this in game terms?

For example: I have +2 saves against poison. (I've never been poisoned. Well, that I know of. You get the point.)

Any takers?

I agree with you -- good save against poison, so either a good base Fort save (from class), a racial/other bonus vs. poison, or a high Con.

(Of course, a low pain threshhold could just be low Con manifesting itself -- but that's less fun to claim, so I stand by my above.)
