Has Anyone Statted Out Santa?

Could I get stats for "Evil robotic santa" from futurama?
Or perhaps the "ape santa" from the "cybernetic ghost of christmas past from the future" episode of ATHF?

I saw a glossy paperback book called "Manga Claus" last time I went to Books a Million. Based on those stats there, I'd give him a Warblade 18/Ninja 12 stats, with legendary katana and wakizashi forged by a long-dead samurai master.

This giving of toys away year in and year out clearly points to a vow of poverty build. Obviously Santa's ruleslawyered his way around this by using leadership to get all sorts of non-vop cohorts and animal companions who technically own his north-pole hideout and sleigh and the bags of holding to haul the toys around in.

He obviously has a Bag of Holding combined with a Heward's Handy Haversack. It's big but he can always find the toy that he wants.

Santa must have some sort of mind reading and scrying ability. He always knows what kids want for Chrismas as well as whether they have been naughty or nice. He has a Ring of Teleportation but unfortunately it only works on December 24th and it only lets him travel from one end of a chimney to another. He also has some sort of Time Stop ability to be able to deliver all those presents in one night.
