Has anyone statted out the Kraken from PotC 2?

Well, that might be because there's already krakens in D&D 
The PoTC kraken doesn't seem nearly as intelligent as a D&D kraken, though, nor does it have any magical abilities (D&D krakens can control weather, for example). My recommendation would be to simply advance a giant squid to Colossal size and give it a lot of HD... maybe a total of 48. The pseudonatural template (Complete Arcane, Manual of the Planes) would be a good way to give it a more supernatural edge and to explain its particularly awful appearance. Note that the SRD pseudonatural is the Epic version, and thus drastically more powerful.
