Haste usable by:

I'm trying to find a class that get's haste, other than wizards and sorcerer's, preferably one with moderate combat skills. Any ideas?

Perhaps clerics with the Celerity Domain, which I think is found in and FR supplement ? I think that is an option available.

This is from memory and I have not played FR in quite a while.

This isn't quite what you are looking for but there is a martial prestige class called the Swift Blade that has the ability to cast Haste as a requisite and gains similar abilities as you level.

Bards have Haste (SRD) as well.

Bards can actually be made pretty decent in combat if you build em right. You do have to choose between buffing the party better vs being good in combat, though, for the most part.

The beguiler from PHB II also has haste on their spell list. If you're not familiar with the class, it's something of a combination of rogue and wizard, focusing on enchantments and illusions.
