Loved Eberron when it came out. Love Eberron now. Expect to love Eberron in the future.

Do I live every little detail that's come out in every single book? No, of course not. That's par for the course.

Am I going to let a few relatively minor details sour me on a fascinating world that's an absolute blast to play in (and write for)? I most certainly think not.

Too much on Warfoged.

Not enough on Changelings.

Of course, since I mostly homebrew and have ported pretty much all the Eberron races to my homebrew, it isn't much of a problem...but still, I'd like more on the other races(especially Changelings) instead of all the Warforged stuff.

I must admit that I normally think of polls as bait for a thoughtful response. But I think it's reasonably apparent that being "disillusioned" implies that you were "illusioned" in the first place.

Ha, I say! If there's one thing I'm still trying to learn at ENWorld, it's never underestimate the power of obtuse thinking. I've started countless threads with unspoken assumptions and every time somebody slips in and violates the assumption. If I start a poll about "how do you use prestige class X in your FR campaign?", I will inevitably get responses from people saying they don't use it at all because they don't have the book it's in and it doesn't really matter if they did have it they don't use prestige classes and they hate FR. "Bye!"

Note that someone can take the notion of being disillusioned back a ways. Maybe I was "illusioned" the first couple of weeks I heard aboout it, but as soon as I read magic bullet trains and robot PC's, I got pretty disillusioned.

It seemed like it had some cool stuff for it, but it wasn't love at first sight. I bought the core book and sharn, gave it a chance to grow on me... but it never happened.

Which is a shame. It's one of few campaign settings I know of that give a nod to psionics.

I hate changelings and shifters, though.

I enjoy Eberron and I think I will continue to do so. The books they've released have been top quality and it's overall a fun setting in my opinion.

As has happened before, I'm with the vampiric mouse.

While we're on the subject, what do you think of its treatment of psionics?

It's pretty cool, at least the race is. It's a little more substantial than the typical "yeah, some people have strange powers." The race also sounds like it has some of its own character and role playing opportunities.
