I've met Frank Mentzer and Margaret Weis. I may have interacted with others without acknowledging/remembering it.

Edit: oh, and Gwendolyn Kestrel (back in the KingCon days).

Anyone here met (the surnameless) DARLENE?
When the original Dieties and Demigods book came out at Gen-Con, Darlene was in the booth nearby calligraphing people's names on anything you gave her. I had her do my copy
Very nice lady as I recall.....

I've had the pleasure of meeting and gaming with Gary Gygax. Very interesting, friendly and warm fellow. He's a genuinely nice man who really seems to enjoy meeting and talking with his fans.

I've met some other greats from TSR not on the list including:

Tom Wham
Tim Kask
Rob Kuntz
Jeff Easley
Eric Shook
Jim Ward
Frank Mentzer

All are very nice and friendly and just all around regular guys. I'm glad to have met them!

:)

But Diaglo, I laughed out of love.

Yeah, it was the pointing and the Ickey Shuffles that were out of spite. :D

Out of the list, I've met and spoken with Gary, Dave, Monte, Skip, Keith B, and Ed G. I can't recall a single one who wasn't pleasant - Monte was the most rushed of the bunch by far, but he's one busy guy at cons!

Meeting Keith Baker was one of the biggest disappointments of my life. What a pompous #%$@. I told him "I've met Robin Laws, and you, sir, are no Robin Laws."

But then again, who really is?
