That aboleth has... portholes!! I may involve aboleth in an upcoming portion of my undersea game... might be fun (for me, at least).

That "aboleth" mini makes me angry. Not "I'm a kick mah cat!" angry, but disappointed nonetheless.

The aboleth looks very clean, lithe and colourful.
The hippogryph is kind of hard to judge, but it looks good from what i see.
The troll king's 'Uge 'Ead syndrome is made only worse since the other troll doesn't look like a bobble head.
I don't like the proportions on the horn devil at all. The sculptor did do their job however, since it does match the concept art as seen in the Worlds and Monsters preview book.

Before passing too much judgement, I recommend waiting until seeing it in person. It's not an easy creature to photograph.

Unfortunately, what you're seeing is a photograph from below, which highlights the brighter underside. The top side is more of a glossy metallic blue (green was avoided as I knew someone would compare it to Christmas colors; pawsplay still made such a comment.)
It's rising out of a pool of slime -- after all, it is the Slime Mage -- and it makes me think of the Second from Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil.
