Healer Class Tweak

I like the idea of this class, but it seems a bit too passive. I want to make it a more proactive character type, but still retain it's flavor. My idea is to boost the Healer's non-lethal combat abilities. To wit, I propose -

Non-lethal Combatant - The Healer may attempt to inflict non-lethal damage with lethal weapons at no penalty.

Healer's Spell List - These spells are added to the Healer's spell list.

0 - Lullaby
1 - Sleep
2 - Hold Person
3 - Deep Slumber
4 - Hold Monster
5 - Symbol of Sleep
6 - Antilife Shell
7 - Hold Person, Mass
8 - Binding
9 - Hold Monster, Mass


Is there any major balance issue with these additions that I'm missing?
