Long time lurker, and purchasers of some .pdfs from enworld.org

Just dropping a line to say hi, I hope to become and active and contributing member.

Looking forward to 4e.

Currently not playing anything, but am working on a homebrew world called "Rene".
My favorite rpg system at this time is Lejendary Adventure.
I play miniature war games as well. Also, I enjoy chess, riding my motorcycle, and reading.

I'm terribly sorry to have to impede upon the presumed fun you must be having in our little community, but I have to mention that Rich Burlew, creator of OoTs and artist of your avatar doesn't like people taking his stuff and using it as an avatar - so before a mod butts in I'll just politely ask you to swap that avatar for something else (we tend to police our own around here )

Anyways, make sure you look around EN World - it's a big place with tons of neat little spots in it, and we're currently about to transition to a new version of the site, which should make things interesting (also some links might not work just to let you know)

Enjoy your stay and hope you make some friends around here If you have any questions, jsut post 'em here and someone will help ya out!

I think if I ever become a successful artist, I wouldn't mind people using my creations as avatars for IMs or forums. In fact, I'd probaly feel complimented. However, that's the creators of these works perogative and I can and will respect that. I changed it to a default d6.

Yeah, indeed *I* personally think it's a silly rule, and if I were an artist I'd love to have a bunch of people with my avatars floating around the net

As for the avatar, I think Rich had some issues with some - oddities - that people were altering his images and such, therefore, as the saying goes, 1 bad apple spoiled the bushel. More of a if you can't play nice I'm taking my toys thing than a blanket, NO! It stinks, but hey, what can you do?
