Did I miss anything I could to to learn more spells?
Did I miss any clearly superior spell choices?
What should I look out for going to Paragon & Epic?

Reserve Maneuver should buy you one more encounter power.

Also, several of the tomes give you free access to a spell. No reason not to carry around a stack of books given the character concept.

The Tome Caddy from the familiars by artifice article should let you have another tome ready.

Also... Astral Fire? Why oh why? Just pick up implement expertise.
