Kickstarter Help bring a great virtual boardgaming app back to the Mac

Anyone interested in playing boardgames, card games and/or dice games on their computer (either solo or multiplayer online) might want to check out this recently-launched Kickstarter campaign, which hopes to fund further development of the Battlegrounds Gaming Engine software, a virtual tabletop app that is specifically tailored for these sorts of (non-RPG) games, and to restore Mac-compatibility by creating a WINE version of the app.

If you've tried 3D VTTs such as Tabletop Simulator or Tabletopia and been disappointed with the experience, or found other 2D VTTs such as Vassal or Zun-Tzu lacking in some regard, you might want to give this program a shot, instead.

Low funding goal, nice Stretch Goals, fairly quick delivery, and no shipping costs. The campaign ends in 3 weeks.

New campaign title and tag line, new project image, and a new pic on the campaign page.

All this to reflect a shift in the goal of the campaign, to broaden the appeal. I hope it helps bring in more support, because there are only 9 days remaining.

It appears this Kickstarter won't reach the minimum funding goal in the two days remaining. I was hoping for 60+ backers, and got nowhere close.
