Help I need a new PC by sunday!!

If you have access to Masters of the Wild, there is a prestige class that'll solve your problem perfectly...the Shifter.

You'll be able to wade into combat with beefy forms like the Iron Golem, get around with flight, swimming, burrowing and other weird travel forms, and in general have a shape for every situation.

For sheer variety, the Shifter is one of the best classes available.

EDIT: Oh yeah, since you should take Druid levels to enter this class, you'll have some healing for the party.

If you want an interesting spin on a cleric try playing a Seer.
Take the Domains of Knowledge and Divination. Divination is from DotF. Stats in order of importence Wis, Int, Cha, Con, Dex, Str. Good skills are scry, various knowledges, and Diplomacy. For feats I'd take scribe scroll, Skill focus: scry, and Blind fight. Well I hope these suggestions help.

Heh. If you can get the stats for it, go for some sort of melee combat Bard -- you can have your healing magic, get some nuisance spells like Imp. Invis. and Glitterdust, use UMD and wands to fill in the holes (a wand of Divine Favor would rock, if you can manage it), and be a hit with the gents or the ladies on the side.

I second that. My last character was a Barbarian1 Bard3 Human. I have never played a more versitile charcter, Spells, Decent combat ability (I had good stats) a excellent saves.
Heck I took tracking and aleartness feats and could do the woods thing well too.

Ok FWIW I didn't go the usual Skald route instead the concept was the charcter was a pirate who spent a few years among wild elves. Changing the focus made the character more fun.

Too bad he was killed by a sixth level fighter.

Sigh....

Warpriest

Dwarven or human... your choice... Fighter 2, Cleric 4. Then into the Warpriest PrC. By the end of that class you'll have 9th level Cleric casting abilities, 14th level turning, and +15 BAB. Plus, lots of kewl stuff that the rest of the party will really love.

I second the warpriest idea. My last character was a Halfling Ftr 4/Clr 5/Warpriest 3 of Avoreen, and was more paladin-like than the paladin. Factor in my high charisma and my leadership feat which gave me a small army of halfings, and evil was smited left and right :)

Try a Bard 3/Sorcerer 1. You get healing spells, plus the sorcerer gives you a greater variety of spells. And both use charisma as the primary ability. And you can use some of your sorcerer spells to boost your bard performances.

Then make dexterity your second highest ability score and learn some type of missle weapon -- a bow for an elf, a crossbow if a human or half-elf with low strength, throwing daggers or hand axe if you have a good strength. You will be able to support the group during combat with missle fire and spells and bardic special abilities, then provide healing afterwards.

And you'll be the life of the party at the tavern later, regaling the crowd with tales of the party's exploits.
