What does the "Awesome blow" monster feat do?

As a standard action, take a -4 penalty to hit. If you hit a creature smaller than yourself, the target must succeed on a Reflex (DC = damage) or be sent flying 10 feet in a direction of the attacker's choice (as long as it is in a straight line and not towards the attacker), and fall prone. if you hit an obstacle, both you and it take 1d6 damage.

Not without an enlarge spell - one of the prerequisites is size Large or larger.

Nothing directly that I see; Paladin's mounts are recommended as +2 LA if used as cohorts. Awakened animals gain +2 HD, too, so I'd guess +2 LA is a good place to start.

Yeah ... I think we use the word "broken" a little too much, though.

Say, I'll feel like a total nitwit when someone tells me where it is, but where is the carrying capacity (or dimensions) of containers in the 3.5 PHB?
