Help me build a quickling PC!

Sooo. Quickling barbarian/cleric (Celerity domain), perhaps multiclassing with Infiltrator, Feats: Fleet of Foot, that Quick trait, Dash, Sprint.

At level 6 he'll have a base speed of 65ft + 20 ft for celerity and sprint, perhaps even 75 if he takes more infiltrator levels...

If you want to be cheesy, you can also add a level or more of psychic warrior in order to get the psionic feat speed of thought (+10' move). This feat was stackable in 3e, but I'm not near my books so I'm not sure about 3.5's XPH. The psionic powers hustle (extra move equivalent action, triggered effectively as a quickened action) and skate (+15' to move) might also be useful.
