Help Me create an Epic Paladin

I ma going to be playing a temp Character in my brothers game, I'll be playing him for at most 2 sessions.

My brothers game is epic and I have 30 Lvls to play with

I have never played 3.5 beyond lvl 10

so ENworld help Please?

I would like to PLay a Kobold Paladin of some Dragon god or other.

While I know the GM has a large range of extra sources I only have acess to the core and ELH

I was thinking of Going with a basic Half Draconic kobold, and going straight Paladin all the way. but I have no Idea if it's an effective tactic at all.

(note the GM is giving me -1 ECL for Kobold so Half dragon is only +2 ECL)

I'd idealy have a dragon for a mount if that is at all possible.

For EPIC feats, just pick "Epic Smiting" over and over again.

That should work great.

So for the Epic Kobold.

level 28 Paladin
Race: Kobold/Half-Dragon

You need to pick a type of Dragon.

Feats: Leadership (to ride a Dragon), Divine Might, Improved Smiting, Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, Mounted Combat (for Dragon Riding)

Epic Feats: Epic Smiting (x4?)

Purely for gaining a dragon to ride around on you are better off with the Dragon cohort feat rather than leadership as the dragon is counted as 3 ECL lower (so therefore better dragon)
