Help me decide!

I can't decide between two rogue powers at 19th-level.

I have to replace one of my previous dailies. The problem is that I really want the 19th-level daily, but I also really like all the dailies he already has!

Arrrrrgh!

So, which one would you drop? Blinding Barrage or Walking Wounded?

This is an artful dodger rogue at 20th-level with 22 Dex & Cha if that makes any difference.

I'd drop walking wounded. It's nice to limit the ability of creatures to move, but blinding barrage is close burst three; that's a 7x7 square. Jump into the middle of a crowd and ruin them.

Close blast 3 unfortunately.

It's still very good though against grouped up enemies. In the right circumstances, you could hit 9 enemies for 2[W] + Sneak Attack damage and blind them all.

In combination with another power he has, Bloody Path (hilarious, btw, worth reading up on ), it can be a devastating set of actions against a ton of foes.

But Walking Wounded is perfect for someone trying to chase you. Keep them falling prone and sneak attacking them as they're desperately trying to get to you
