help me find/create a weird spell

i m making an insane dryad who is in love with a human and she wants to absorb his body and bind his soul to her oak tree. is there any spell that can do that or any similar effect?

i am going to customize it though

1. the soul doesn't have to be from a dead body.
2. the trapped person can be brought back with wish or miracle.
3. the focus will be the oak tree.

now questions:

1. what level should this spell be?
2. should it be dispeled by any spells other than wish or miracle?
3. should the victim take also a fortitude save to resist be trapped/absorbed from the oak tree?
4. should it be from the school of necromancy?
5. what is a good name for this spell?

4. i was thinking it should be a transmutation spell since the victims body becomes part of the tree.

It's manipulating a soul. That's absolutely necromancy.

2. Have it deal X Vile damage on a failed will save, if that damage is enough to kill the player, their soul is absorbed instead. Otherwise, they must try the spell again. Then make it only reversible by wish, miracle, reality revision, etc.
3. Will save. The effect on the soul outweighs the effect on the body I think.
5. Soul Rape

Vile Damage: This type of damage represents such an extreme corruption that it does not heal normally, and can only magically be healed in the are of a Consecrate spell. (Is it Consecrate? I forget.)

"Your soul will be inside me... whether you like it or not!"
Sounds like a perverted form of violating ones soul to me. Rape fits the bill.
